Understanding MinistryMatch Assessments for Individuals
The MinistryMatch Assessment is designed to help individuals better understand how God has uniquely shaped them for ministry and leadership. It provides insight into how you are wired, how you lead, and how you tend to serve within the context of ministry.
The assessment measures seven core constructs:
- Temperament
- Motivated Role
- Leadership Style
- Participation Style
- Ministry Gifts
- Ministry Values
- Bias
Across these seven constructs, 99 distinct elements are measured. Together, they provide a comprehensive picture of personal strengths, preferences, and tendencies that are relevant to ministry service and leadership.
MinistryMatch Assessments are widely used by churches, ministries, and denominational partners to support pastoral placement, staff development, and lay leadership engagement. Individuals also benefit from gaining clarity about their own calling, strengths, and ministry fit.
